BY ENTERING THIS EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
COMPLIANCE WITH SANTA FE SPRINGS MUNICIPAL CODE, SECTION 130.04, WHICH:
• Prohibits activities including disruptive, threatening, or unsafe behavior, damage to property, unauthorized sales, smoking or vaping outside of designated areas, alcohol consumption without a permit, failure to supervise and keep pets on a leash, using amplified sound of any kind without authorization, operating, driving, or leaving vehicles on the property, and failure to comply with staff direction.
• Violations may result in removal from the event, citation, or suspension of facility privileges.

WAIVER, RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE:
For yourself and as the parent or guardian of any accompanying minors, you fully understand that participation in this City of Santa Fe Springs (“City”) event (“Event“) may expose you to the risk of personal injury, death, communicable disease, illness, viruses, or property damage. You acknowledge that you and any accompanying minors are voluntarily participating in this Event and agree to assume any such risks. You release, discharge and agree not to sue the City, its officials, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and volunteers (“City Parties”) for any injury, death, or damage to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, participation in this Event from whatever cause, including the active or passive negligence of the City Parties or any other participants in this Event, excepting gross negligence. In consideration for being permitted to participate in this Event, you agree for yourself, accompanying minors, and your respective heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns, to indemnify and hold harmless the City Parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, or suits arising out of or in connection with participation in this Event.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE:
By entering, you grant the City Parties permission to use and/or publish photographs or video in which you and any accompanying minors may be included for promotion or other City purposes. You release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless the City Parties from any liability relating to such use, including, but not limited to, claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

What is Winter Magic?
Winter Magic is a seasonal holiday experience at Heritage Park featuring holiday lights, ice skating, themed nights, food and beverages, entertainment, photo opportunities, and more.
Where is Winter Magic located?
Heritage Park, 12100 Mora Drive, Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670.
Do I need a separate ticket for ice skating?
Yes. Ice skating requires a separate ticket unless it is specifically included as part of an approved rental or group package.
Can I bring outside food?
Small personal snacks are permitted. Outside meals, coolers, catering, and food delivery are not permitted. Medical and infant food needs may be accommodated.
Can I leave and come back?
No. Public re-entry is not permitted once your ticket has been scanned and you leave the event.
What happens if there is bad weather?
Winter Magic may continue during typical winter weather. The City may delay, modify, close attractions, or cancel operations when rain, wind, rink conditions, or other safety concerns require it.
Are bags allowed?
Clear bags are required and all bags are subject to inspection. Medical and diaper bags may be permitted subject to inspection. The final public bag-size limit is still being finalized.
Do you offer group options?
Yes. Group and bulk skating options are planned. Final group pricing is still being finalized.

Tickets & Purchases
Admission, skating, parking, and rental purchases are generally final sale. When possible, staff may move a purchase to another available date or time before the scheduled visit; price differences may apply.
Weather & Event Changes
Winter Magic may operate in typical winter weather. Attractions may be delayed, modified, or closed when conditions create a safety concern. If the City cancels the full event, affected guests may be eligible to rebook or receive a refund or credit.
Re-Entry
Re-entry is not permitted. Once a guest exits the event, the scanned admission is considered used.
Food & Beverage
Outside food is limited to small personal snacks. Outside meals, coolers, catering, and food delivery are not permitted. Medical and infant food needs may be accommodated.
Bags & Security
Clear bags are required and all bags are subject to inspection. Medical and diaper bags may be permitted subject to inspection.

A — Admission

B — Bags

C — Carriage Barn Rentals
Private Carriage Barn rentals are available for holiday parties, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and other special events. Rental food and catering must be purchased through The Olive.
C — Cancellations & Changes
Purchases are generally final sale. Staff may assist with moving a purchase to another available date or time when possible.
F — Food & Beverage
Small personal snacks are permitted. Outside meals, coolers, catering, and food delivery are not allowed.
G — Groups
Group and bulk skating opportunities are planned, with final pricing and discounts still being finalized.
I — Ice Skating
Ice skating is available as a separate ticketed experience. Skate rentals are included with skating admission, and skate aids are available in limited quantities.
L — Late Arrival
General admission guests may enter until the posted final-entry time. Guests arriving late for skating may receive only the remaining portion of their scheduled skating time.
P — Parking
Preferred Parking is available in limited quantities near the Winter Magic entrance.
P — Private Ice Rink Rentals
Private rink rentals are available separately from standard admission and skating. Exclusive rink rentals are planned for up to 120 skaters.
R — Re-Entry
Public re-entry is not permitted after exiting the event.
R — Refunds
If the City cancels the full event, affected guests may be eligible to rebook or receive a refund or credit.
S — Security
Security and public-safety personnel will be onsite to assist with guest safety, prohibited-item enforcement, incidents, and crowd management.
T — Tickets
Admission, skating, parking, and other experiences may require separate tickets or reservations.
W — Weather
Winter Magic may operate during typical winter weather. Operations may be adjusted when weather or safety conditions require it.
